Goodbye Straight Hair

goodbye straight hair sumi

All my life, I’ve always had straight hair. While this might be a dream for other girls, it has been both a blessing and a curse for me. You see, my hair despite being straight, is also super thin and extremely brittle. Whenever I get my locks colored or even heat-styled, there’ll always be a part of me worrying that my hair will easily get damaged. Call me paranoid, but I was even afraid that I may end up getting bald! Aside from the paranoia, another issue I have with my hair is the lack of body or volume. Most of my friends tell me I have nothing to worry about ’cause I don’t have full cheeks so my hair wouldn’t make my face look fat, but my large forehead isn’t enjoying what my hair is making it look like. It’s even worse when I’m out after a long day. I always end up looking like a damp chick. Not a hot steamy lady, but a semi-hairless basang sisiw with a big shiny forehead. More

October Fashion Haul

sumi october fashion haul

I don’t wear something I’m not too comfortable in which led me sporting mostly an ensemble of loose tops and tight leggings.

These past few weeks though, I found myself becoming more adventurous fashion-wise. I bought pieces which styles I haven’t tried strutting yet, ever. So in place of an outfit post, let me just share with you some fashion pieces I’ve bought from my trips to the mall this October. More
